Fatti tutti e quattro. Sui rimborsi ti ho scritto la versione più blindata che la legge UE permette — e il bello è che per i prodotti digitali la legge è già dalla tua parte: il diritto di recesso di 14 giorni decade legalmente appena il cliente scarica o accede al prodotto (art. 16(m) Direttiva 2011/83/UE). L'unica cosa che nessuna policy può togliere è il rimedio per prodotto difettoso — quello è il pavimento legale, sotto non si va.

M.F. TechPro Systems Ltd sells digital products and professional services only. No physical goods are sold, therefore no physical returns are possible.

Digital products. By purchasing a digital product you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the download or access has begun, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. For this reason, all sales of digital products are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of use, or incompatibility with third-party tools not listed in the product description.

Services. By accepting a quote you expressly request that work begins within the withdrawal period. Fees for work already performed, in full or in part, are non-refundable. If you withdraw within 14 days of acceptance, you remain liable for the portion of the service already performed and for costs already incurred. Custom and bespoke deliverables are non-refundable once production has started.

Defective products. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights in case of digital content or services that are defective or not as described. In such cases, contact us within 14 days at info@mftechprosystems.com: we will first repair or replace the deliverable, and only where that is not possible will a proportionate refund be considered, as required by Directive (EU) 2019/770.

Chargebacks. If you have any issue, contact us first: we reply within 48 hours. Unwarranted chargebacks will be disputed with full delivery and access evidence.
