Privacy Policy

This policy explains how M.F. TechPro Systems Ltd ("we") processes personal data when you visit mftechprosystems.com or contact us.

1. Data controller

M.F. TechPro Systems Ltd, registered in Cyprus (No. HE 464886, VAT CY60095067I), 30 Peiraios, 1st floor, Office 1, Strovolos, 2023 Nicosia, Cyprus. Email: info@mftechprosystems.com.

2. Data we collect

• Contact form and emails: name, company, email address, type of request and the content of your message.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, requested pages and date/time, recorded in server logs by our hosting provider for security and operation of the Site.

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across websites. Your language preference is taken from your browser settings.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to your request and preparing quotes: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Performing contracts with clients: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Security, abuse prevention and operation of the Site: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Accounting and tax obligations for clients: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers acting as processors under data processing agreements: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Resend (delivery of contact form emails), Cloudflare Inc. (domain, DNS and email routing) and Google (email mailbox). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as required by accounting and tax law. Server logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Write to info@mftechprosystems.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus or with the supervisory authority in your country.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Minors

Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals and are not intended for children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
